Footwear Expo Update: Enkythings

Wow! An unexpected pleasure when Enktan Gully of Enkythings dropped his latest on me, the Ekota. It's an amazing strappy pump, unlike anything I have seen in SL before. Beautiful shape, and wraps the foot flawlessly. Comes in 24 beyond delicious colors, and that means no mater what color Nicky Ree gown you need to match (shout out to Mui!), or any other sexy summer look for that matter, these shoes are probably gonna be a safe bet. Footwear Expo Update: Maitreya

Maitreya's Booth is definitely not one to be missed at the Expo, and it it is the only place you will ever find these, Virtue Sandals in Black Patent. Nestled dead centre in the booth, the Virtue Sandals are a limited time item, available only during Expo, all proceeds from these shoes go to ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals). So in addition to some spectacular sandals, you get the warm fuzzies for helping a great cause. No complaints from me!

Footwear Expo Update: FUEL

A great 'pair' of releases from Miss Sandy Cleghorn of FUEL at the Expo! Here are the adorable flat and sassy Chibs (make sure you zoom on these to check out the handwritten cuteness, love that!) and some spectacular gladiator style sandals called Naima. Chibs come in a great bunch of colors, the Naima come in a patent and ash. Make sure you check out Sandy's booth at Expo here!

Shoe fair and new boots from Tesla

OK so I'll start this post with my tale of attending the opening day of the shoefair. I had to go scope out whether there was any new releases for us guys but I had to go in my 'Loafer man' attire which was from Nicky Ree and I just wore my Jeepers Creepers Toltec loafers to complete the outfit since the boots didn't really reflect the true 'Loafer man' character. Anyway it was quite fun as I ran into or saw every blogger and their dog there and other such luminaries as Sparkle and Dominus Skye, Mui Mukerji, Ana Luetia, Tempest Hennessy and a few other people sorry if I forget who.
Anyway onto the important part of this blog, the new release boots from Tesla! These boots aren't featured at the fair but my friend Tesla Miles dropped these to me and I tried them on right away. The 4pack features blue, black, brown and red versions of these sculpted boots.
So after playing around and realising that they didn't really suit the jeans I had on I decided to go with these shorts instead as they allowed the boots to be shown in their full glory.
Apart from a couple of AO poses distorting the part where the leg joins the boot I must say that these are a great addition to any guys collection as the rugged styling and flexi laces gives a 'Don't mess with me' appearance which will probably appeal to some of the SL tough guys out there (you know who you are).
So in this blog I have shown every colour except red as I forgot to convert the pic to jpg, but the black, brown and blue ones I have shown show the quality of these.
Once again I thank Tesla for making some mens shoes worth owning as we all know us guys get neglected some of the time on SL. So if you are looking for some nicely detailed boots I recommend checking these out.

Shoe Expo - Shoe Fly

So much to see at the shoe expo...and so little time (and L$'s it seems). Take a moment to stop by over at the Shoefly booth by CCTV Giant. Check out the Burrberry Plaid Buckled Pumps. Another peak at what's new at Footwear Expo, this time it's TOSL. I just adore what Quinlan Quimby has come up with for us... 2 new styles, with irresistible charm and beautiful color too! Shoe Expo - She's So Unusual Shoes

Nessa and I will be giving shout outs to vendors across the Expo for the next while and I'd like to start with Rowan Carroll of She's So Unusual Shoes.
