Damen Gorilla from Adam and Eve sent me these new sculpted shoes to try out and I tried them on right away. I think these loafer style shoes are quite stylish and they are available in 6 colours, including Blue, plum, black, Chocolate, Grey and Brick.
These are the black version and as you can see they have a nice chunky sole and a detailed texture that gives the impression that they would be super comfortable to wear.
The shoes as you can see are sculpted sneakers that are very well detailed. They remind me of something I would wear in RL and they are quite impressive. As you all know I love to wear new shoes and these will go well with quite alot of the casual outfits I tend to wear from time to time.
The Finz style I am wearing here is the Sea Grass colour and they are your classic Summertime open sandal. They are bright enough to capture attention but not of the wrong kind if you know what I mean. When I picture a sandal like this, it reminds me of the Reef Brazil ads in Surfing magazines. Trust me, if you have ever seen a Reef ad, you won't soon forget it. 
The Mavericks shoe is less of a sandal more of a shoe. These are the 'Ice' colour I am wearing and as you can see, they have a rugged rubber-like texture that gives an impression of strength much like the legendary big wave Californian break which I assume it is named after that killed Hawaiian big wave charger Mark Foo way back in '94 (just to give you an idea of how strong the break is). these are probably the most versatile due to the strange shoe/sandal hybrid-ness of their appearance, so they could be worn with either jeans or shorts.
Finally the Reef-rider featured here in Red is another shoe/slipper hybrid that appears to have a spongy like texture with a steel strap. I wished I had a shoe like this when I was climbing the rocks down to Supertubes in Yallingup one day when I kicked my toe and ripped off most of the layers of skin and procceded to walk like a cripple the rest of the surftrip back in the day. Anyway, I must say these new releases are some cool casual footwear styles available at Jeepers Creepers. Hey while you are here...I wanted to take a min to give you a peak at another option from the outfit I'm wearing in my post here, and it is just one of the other options. This is the Swan Song outfit by caLLie cLine. How often do you find an outfit that you can be formal and classy and then funky and sassy all in one folder? Yummy goodness! That is the some of the first words that roll off my tongue when I saw the Belles on my feet from Shiny Things. I mean just look at them!!! Need I say more? Visit the Shiny Things Expo Booth and the Main Store.

OK so I'll start this post with my tale of attending the opening day of the shoefair. I had to go scope out whether there was any new releases for us guys but I had to go in my 'Loafer man' attire which was from Nicky Ree and I just wore my Jeepers Creepers Toltec loafers to complete the outfit since the boots didn't really reflect the true 'Loafer man' character. Anyway it was quite fun as I ran into or saw every blogger and their dog there and other such luminaries as Sparkle and Dominus Skye, Mui Mukerji, Ana Luetia, Tempest Hennessy and a few other people sorry if I forget who.
Anyway onto the important part of this blog, the new release boots from Tesla! These boots aren't featured at the fair but my friend Tesla Miles dropped these to me and I tried them on right away. The 4pack features blue, black, brown and red versions of these sculpted boots.
So after playing around and realising that they didn't really suit the jeans I had on I decided to go with these shorts instead as they allowed the boots to be shown in their full glory.
Apart from a couple of AO poses distorting the part where the leg joins the boot I must say that these are a great addition to any guys collection as the rugged styling and flexi laces gives a 'Don't mess with me' appearance which will probably appeal to some of the SL tough guys out there (you know who you are).
So in this blog I have shown every colour except red as I forgot to convert the pic to jpg, but the black, brown and blue ones I have shown show the quality of these.

Tya Fallingbridge was generous enough to send over a pair of her newest sandal. Check out the details of the Xandi Gladiator's! One can never have enough strappy sandals. The Movida Ankle Boots are great looking, and will work well under pants or with skirts. They come in an assortment of rich shades, and though we are now well into summer I expect these to be a staple shoe for my fall wardrobe. Nice touches with the red soul and metal tipped heel.
Moving on to the Grips Flat Casuals, a nice summery canvas slip on, available in a few trim and texture options. A perfect shoe for lazy shopping trips and relaxed gatherings. I love the bow details. These are so well made in fact that it has me rather curious who Novo & Caine might be... I love a good mystery! :)
