Miami Heat

It is time for another round of our beloved Collabor88, and I am ridiculously excited about the fun bright colors and summery flavor of the items available at this round. The inspiration for this post came in the form of the newest Barnesworth Anubis prefab skybox, a hot tribute to the deco inspired dwellings of South Beach, Miami, a fresh and fitting backdrop for this 90's interpretation of sherbet colored cool!

 

A guest at this round of Collabor88, and a relatively 'new to me' store, VinCue, delivers a sweet strapless dress in a ridiculously generous number of color combinations, all with this textural dot pattern on the bottom. Perfect garb for sitting indoors on a hot Miami day, sipping iced tea (complete with a splash of something more intoxicating.) The precious and delicate Solitaire Heart accessories set from Maxi Gossamer is quickly becoming one of my favorites, I love the understated scale of the necklace and as always the color change feature, this must have, can be found over at FaMESHed.

 

Finally, these fantastic Lydia Slingback shoes from Ingenue take a giant step forward, so thrilled to see yet another talented designer embrace the perfection of the enhanced Slink feet, and I just love the texture and multiple fun colors of this shoe, complete with baby peep-toes and bows... and we know how I love my bows! The skin is Cleo, the latest from GLAM Affair, just check out the perfection of this brightly colored eye make-up and sweet fresh face.

Optical Illusions

So FaMESHed is a year old, and that is awesome! Congratulations to all of the creators who participate in this event, you are responsible for some truly great mesh. I am wearing two new releases from the event, this sexy structured dress by Leverocci and the equally impressive necklace by Glam Affair. Both of these items feel like wearable art to me, a visually interesting collection of shapes that catch the light, and compliment one another.

 

Even more of the 'fantastic' I am wearing comes from Siddean Munro at Slink, she has recently released her Avatar Enhancement system rigged hands and feet, and some great shoes that I just love wearing on my new improved feet. What is really keen about these it that they require applicable texture huds from your favorite skin designers, making getting a perfect match a no brainer. League being one of the first to offer these appliers is my skin of choice for today, I sincerely hope that more designers will embrace this system soon.

 

Nail art is a very popular real-life trend right now, and many designers can now create special nail art add-ons for the Avatar Enhancement rigged hands and feet! One of the most prolific designers doing these enhancements is Miss Sasy Scarborough under her shop named Flair. With over 40 unique sets of nail designs you will definitely find something perfect to match your personality, or your outfit. Last but not least, great new hair from Exile, one of a few released in store this week, Kavar Cleanslate has implemented a new hud controlled color system, it is ridiculously easy to use, and the number of colors, bonus highlight options and long rigged hairstyles are irresistible!
