Glitter Goals

 

The new Evening Glitter shadows, from Izzie's at Uber, sent me careening off into a world of vivid color and sexy style that resulted in my latest post. The two piece set I am wearing, from Cynful, has a deep plunge neckline that is supported by a delicate chain Y-strap back, it is completed with a barely there pair of booty shorts to match. The shoes, by CandyDoll, have a sexy platform molded base and plenty of buckles to keep your fingers busy... after you apply your glittering eye shadow!

Double Cute

I have been spending a good portion of my Summer binge watching True Blood, again. Some of the lines from the show are stuck in my head lately, like when Arlene tells fellow waitress Sookie Stackhouse that her little neckerchief is "Double Cute". That was especially true when I saw this little dress from Tee*fy and the hair from Tram, both available at the current round of Uber. You can never have enough cute, amirite?

Something fresh and light, like wearing all white, is a great way to energize your outlook. But one cannot miss the opportunity to let colored accessories shine! By adding the latest leather and semi-precious jewelled bib necklace and earrings from Mandala and finishing off with the bold coral red shoes from Belgravia, an all white outfit can really be the fresh blank canvas for your creativity and passion to shine through.

 

The delicate Cleo is the latest skin release from GLAM Affair, a beautiful face with many customization options to really add your own personality to your look; freckles, nose highlights, loads of brow colors and more, the perfect face for you it might just be, well worth trying a demo. The short bobby pinned hair from Tram is a bit unusual to choose for me, I do love my long flowing curls, but the sleek style not only lets my accessories stand out, it also provides a perfect view of your sexy bare back.

 

The clothes, more wonders from Baiastice, the newer Lari Halter and the slightly older Gareth Trousers, pair up well in all white. That aforementioned bare back and midriff courtesy of this great top, and the sleek casual belted pants are a slightly more sophisticated casual look, but they certainly feel great together. A special mention for the wonderful enhanced Slink feet and hands, that make it possible to wear these great add on Belgravia heels and more favorite nail textures from Flair.

Sometimes it just takes shedding a new light on things to see what was always there. In the immortal words of Shakespeare, and inspired by Caroline's brand new Shakespeare Cameo Set, a unique choker and earrings set that features the man himself in cameo form, soon to be released at Cinema, I bring you my interpretation of finding new light, new inspiration, and renewing my love of blogging SL Fashion.

 

I start with a look that I never expected to love, but absolutely do, these pants called Tweed Tucked Pants are by Tram, they are an unexpected wool deep-crotch style, complete with stylish darts and knit cuffs. I wore them with the very classy belted  Ava Jacket by Maitreya, a piece that can be worn with pants, skirts and even over some dresses. I can't say enough about the great soft folds of the sleeve and skinny belt, that manages to stay in the perfect spot on your waist because it is a part of the complete jacket. In this case the belt does double duty bringing the eye upward and extending the long look of the waistline created by the pants. Maitreya gets extra credit for the uber gorgeous Devi Boots, shapely booties with laces and sexy tall heels worn here.

Lighting up some older gems I had saved up in my inventory, I started with the satiny and sexy Dotty Basque lingerie from Oh LaLa!, by pairing it with a light as air skirt from Tram, it suddenly becomes a whole new dress (complete with garters and stockings). Accessories like the beautiful eyelet collar (also by Tram) and the Bonnie Boots by Redgrave, are worn with a simple pair of cuffs from an old DE set. The final picture, illuminated and clear, a sexy and sweet 'frock' with fun touches new and old. Exile Hair, with its tremendous array of variety and style, is worn in both of these looks, while the skin is a gatcha treat from PXL, called Gaia Dark and is available now as part of their Gatcha Event.
